Windows Initial Setup:

If you use a Departmentally owned computer, you may already have the driver installed.  Look in the Devices and Printers Control Panel for Konica Minolta 401 or Konica Minolta ENR2. If you do not have this on a Department computer, contact us.  If you are setting it up on your personal computer, you can obtain the driver here:

Type "bizhub 364e" in the "Quick Search" field on the left side of the page, then click on the "Drivers" tab that pops up.  Scroll down the page until you find an accordion header matching the operating system you are running, then expand it. From there, there will be four or more tabs.  Click on the one labeled “PCL", then click on the text  “554e Series_Server2016_PCL_PS_FAX_v5.x.x.0.zip” to download the driver.


Open the folder once it has downloaded, click on the folder “Driver” then click on “Setup.” Click on “AGREE” and then make sure “Preference for IPv4” is selected and click “Next”. The next screen may take a minute or so to find the Konica Printer. Once it loads, make sure the box next to KONICA MINOLTA is selected and press “Next”. Make sure “KONICA MINOLTA 554eSeriesPCL” is selected (if you are using Windows 10 Home select the PS driver) and press “Next”, then “Install” and then once it installs, click “Finish”.


Once you have the driver installed you can right Click on the printer icon that appears in Control Panel, Devices and Printers and choose Printer Properties.

Click on Settings tab, Authentication Settings.  Check the box next to Popup Authentication Dialog when printing.  You only have to do this once, the checkbox should stay checked from now on.
